Studied economy and had worked as corporate economist. In the recent 20+ years I have been working as soft skill development trainer and organization development consultant. Some key area of my trainer job: sales related skills like personal selling, presentation and negotiation; development and delivery of manager and leader development programmes; working with small and large groups aiming at cooperation development, problem resolution, conflict resolution.
My main strength is the improvisation on any program to adapt it to the revealed needs of the group concerned and the extensive research to find the best fit way of intervention.
