Global Voices Summit 2024 travel form (Community)

 

Please fill in this form so we can book your travel to Kathmandu, Nepal for the Global Voices Summit on December 3-7, 2024.

The Summit schedule is as follows:

December 3-5: Internal meeting for members of the Global Voices Community
December 6-7: Public Summit open to members of the public

Global Voices will cover the cost of round-trip economy air travel between attendees’ city of residence to Kathmandu, plus hotel accommodation for the duration of the meeting, i.e. December 2-7, checking out on December 8.

Guests whose travel is covered by Global Voices are expected to attend all meetings.

Note: if your passport exipiry date is BEFORE May 15, 2025, you will need to renew your passport before we book your flight. According to Nepal's immigration rules, travelers must now ensure that their passport remains valid for a minimum of six months to be eligible for a travel permit.
