Born in the UK and raised in New Zealand, I caught the travel bug from my parents. I learned Portuguese in Brazil, Spanish in Mexico, Argentina and Spain, and have spent a lot of time living and traveling in the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Pacific. I studied politics, worked in renewable energy and development, and I love language and translation almost as much as I love music and the mountains.
