On October 6th, GV Managing Editor Filip Noubel spoke in Chinese to a Taiwanese audience together with GV's partner DoubleThinkLab about a September visit to Kyiv during which they met with representatives of civil society, members of Parliament, and media to discuss Ukraine-Taiwan ties and mutual perceptions.
