Those participating in the Community Consultation on the Future of Global Voices process have already been sent links to these results on the D21 site via. email, but as part of our public documentation, we have now published the full results of the four polls right here on the Community site:
These four pages represent the four key issues discussed during the consultation. On each page you'll find a brief summary of the issue, links to the full issue papers that dig into each issue, and the in-depth results from the accompanying poll.
If you decided not to join the council, and are curious how it all turned out, please take a look! Us core team members found these results fascinating. Sometimes surprising, sometimes just what we expected.
Have your own ideas what the answers point to?
We'd like to encourage anyone, especially those on the council, to share their thoughts on the poll results. What do you see when you look at all the answers together? What does it spell out for the future of GV? What important lessons do you worry we might miss?
If you have ideas like these, please share them! I encourage you to make a new post here on the Community Blog (council members should all already have accounts) and explain your thinking. To make your post more visual, just re-use the poll results screenshots embedded in each of the pages linked above.
If you'd rather share your thoughts on the Council Google Group (or anywhere else) please feel free to do that too.
Either way, we’re very interested in what you all have to say, and hope that many of you will dig in and share your thoughts so we can incorporate them into our own analysis, which we’ll be sharing soon!
